Anri Lakashia is an independent artist, songwriter and music producer from Abkhazia. His music moves between indie pop, alternative and contemporary pop, combining intimate songwriting with atmospheric production.
Music became a serious part of Anri's life at the age of 17, when he wrote his first song and realized that songwriting was more than a hobby. His early musical education included piano and vocal studies at a music school.
Anri later became a participant of the Abkhazian musical project Apsny-Star, an experience that connected him with a new generation of musicians and creatives in Abkhazia.
Alongside his own releases, Anri works as a music producer and collaborates with other artists. He writes arrangements, develops songs and participates in the creation of projects for other musicians.
A significant part of his artistic identity is connected with the Abkhaz language. His songs in Abkhaz, Russian and English explore love, memories, youth and everyday emotions while keeping a strong connection to his homeland.
